This is your personal area of directline.com, where you can:
- Retrieve and accept saved quotes
- Get new quotes for all our products
- View a list of existing policies
- Amend your car policy
- Register a car insurance claim
Login instructions
| Have you used Policy & Quote Manager before? |

Login using your email address and we will ask for 4 characters of your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
If you have forgotten your email address, you will need to contact your service provider.

| If NO,you are a returning ‘My Direct Line’ user |
(This will apply if you purchased a policy before 3rd June 2007 and registered with us online).
Login to your previous ‘My Direct Line’ account using your first name, surname, date of birth, postcode and password.
You will be asked to set up a new Policy & Quote Manager account by entering an email address, a security question answer and a new password (this can be the same as your old password).
A new account will be automatically created for you with all your existing policy and quote details transferred from your previous account.
If you have used neither Policy & Quote Manager, nor My Direct Line before, you can register with us the first time you obtain and save a quote for one of our insurance products.
